CJC-1295 no DAC
Pulsatile GHRH (Mod-GRF 1-29) — amplifies natural GH pulses without altering their rhythm.
Overview
CJC-1295 without DAC (also known as Modified GRF 1-29, or Mod-GRF 1-29) is a stabilized truncated analog of GHRH(1-29) incorporating four strategic amino acid substitutions (at positions 2, 8, 15, and 27) that protect against enzymatic degradation by dipeptidyl peptidase IV (DPP-IV) and other proteases. Unlike its DAC counterpart, it retains a physiological half-life of approximately 30 minutes.
This shorter duration mimics the natural pulsatile secretion pattern of endogenous GHRH and is commonly co-administered with GHRP compounds such as Ipamorelin. The combination is studied for producing synergistic GH pulses that more closely mirror physiological GH secretion patterns compared to long-acting analogs.
Research applications

Supplied as a lyophilized powder. Store at 2–8 °C on receipt; protect from heat, light and moisture, and avoid excessive agitation. If reconstitution is required for laboratory work, use sterile technique — bacteriostatic water, or 0.6% acetic acid for low-solubility peptides. Protocols vary by research application.
